Our commitment
Naked Antlers, Inc. aims to make nakedantlers.com usable for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, as our guide.
What we've done
- A "Skip to content" link and keyboard-friendly menus, buttons, filters, and photo viewer.
- Visible focus outlines when you move through the page with the keyboard.
- Text descriptions (alt text) on photographs and labels on controls.
- Background videos play silently and can be paused. Motion is reduced if your device asks for reduced motion.
- Videos never play with sound unless you start them.
- Pages that work on phones, tablets, and desktops, and that can be zoomed.
Known limitations
- Videos from outside YouTube channels may not have captions. Captions are controlled by each creator.
- Some of our own hunt videos may not have captions yet. We're working on adding them.
- Linked state agency and retailer websites have their own accessibility levels, which we don't control.
